Group Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance
Coquille Valley Hospital provides medical, dental and vision insurance to full time employees. The hospital pays 100% of the monthly premiums for eligible employees and 50% of the premium for dependent coverage.
Life Insurance
Coquille Valley Hospital has a group life insurance plan to provide basic protection for full time employees. The plan is funded by the hospital and provided to eligible employees at no cost to the employee.
Group Long Term Disability Insurance
Coquille Valley Hospital offers a group long term disability plan to provide basic protection to full-time employees in the event of disability.
Retirement
Coquille Valley Hospital's retirement plan, for full time employees, is partially funded by the hospital. Employees are eligible to participate in employee deferrals immediately after hire and hospital contributions and matching begin following the completion of one year of service and attainment of age 21.
