Specialist:
This is a evening position which primarily works aged insurance accounts and private pay collections, including but not limited to primary and secondary billings, will work accounts in the Medicare system, backs up other insurance billing staff, helps keep up with regulatory billing changes, Experience in Medicare/Medicaid and electronic billing systems is preferred. Knowledge of ICD9 codes and CPT coding is required. Requires excellent customer service and phone skills. Is also responsible for admissions and patient registration. Our facility is a growing and progressive, 25-bed Critical Access Hospital and a co-located Family Practice clinic in a southwestern Oregon coastal valley, just 20 minutes from the Pacific Ocean.

The medical staff is composed of several family practice physicians, a general surgeon, an orthopedic surgeon and several visiting specialty physicians from nearby areas. The average daily census is 6 patients.

BC/BE General Orthopedist to replace a retired surgeon. This is a turnkey practice with support staff shared by an established second Orthopedist. The practice serves two rural hospitals on the Oregon Coast, with scheduled clinic and surgical days at each facility. Both hospitals have an equipped and staffed office, and a well-staffed and well-equipped surgical suite and competent CRNAs.
The new practitioner will join medical staffs that include family physicians, family nurse practitioners, general internists and general surgeons. The primary care referral base is very supportive of the orthopedists. Flexible contract arrangements can include direct employment or an independent contract.
