MT/MLT
Position typically requires a bachelor’s degree in medical technology or
related field and completion of a 12-month internship from an accredited
training program with1-2 years medical technology with microbiology experience.
Must be registered with ASCP (or equivalent) as a MT or MLT. Incumbent exercises
independent judgment in lab decisions, performs phlebotomy, routine and complex
laboratory testing, and monitors quality control. Incumbent may work in one or
more areas of hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and blood bank.

Finance Clerk
The Finance Clerk must have the ability to perform routine accounting
activities such as maintenance of the general ledger, maintenance of a chart of
accounts, preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports,
and accounts payable or receivable functions. Must also have knowledge and
experience timekeeping and payroll distribution functions. A working knowledge
of 10 key adding machine, computer keyboard and accounting software including,
but not limited to Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook is required.
A 2 year degree in accounting or verifiable education in accounting and finance,
and experience in hospital non-profit accounting procedures, or 6 to 8 years of
comparable experience will be required.

RN, Home Health,
Casual/On-Call
Works under the general supervision of the Director of Home Health. The
Registered Nurse serves as a liaison nurse between the hospital and the
community initiating, establishing and evaluating nursing services to patients
in their homes. He/she functions as an active member of the Home Health team.
The professional nursing services provided are skills given in accordance with
the physician’s orders. Skilled nursing includes such duties as related to the
patient’s care at home. Successful applicant will be expected to follow all CVH
Policies and Procedures.

Physicians (2): Family Practice with OB / Internal Medicine:
Our facility is a growing and progressive, 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
and a co-located Family Practice clinic in a southwestern Oregon coastal valley,
just 20 minutes from the Pacific Ocean.

Director of Plant Operations
This is a full-time exempt position requiring ten or more years of progressive hospital, building, industrial maintenance experience, and a thorough knowledge of facility environmental systems and services management with supervisory and administrative responsibility.
General duties and responsibilities are to direct and coordinate the CVH Plant Operations/Maintenance Department (80%), and the Housekeeping/Laundry and Linen Department (20%). This includes hiring, firing, and directing activities of all staff and third party contractors engaged in service, repairs and maintenance of plant equipment. Oversees the maintenance and housekeeping of CVH associated buildings, grounds, and utilities systems. Works under the general supervision of the CEO/Administrator.
