A lifelong foodie and a former restaurant owner, Chef Oscar Sermeno has spent years traveling, trying different cuisines and creating his own recipes. Driven by his desire to teach, he loves sharing his knowledge and swapping food stories with those who visit our hospital cafe. His focus is on providing healthy, flavorful foods that both patients and visitors appreciate.
