Patient Privacy

Your medical information is private and personal, and we are committed to protecting it. Hospitals, doctors and other staff make a record each time you visit. We are required by law to keep medical information about you private, and notify you as outlined in state and federal law if a breach of unsecured medical information has occurred.

We may share medical information about you to provide better care to you, such as by making referrals to physicians to facilitate your treatment, requesting payment from your insurance or Medicare, and when we have permission to discuss your care with a loved one. Before we share or use your medical information for something, such as marketing an item or service not related to your treatment, we will ask you for permission in writing.

For more information on the ways your information can and cannot be shared, please review our privacy notice.
