Committed to community and quality care, Jeff Lang joined the leadership team at Coquille Valley Hospital as chief executive officer in 2017. Jeff earned his MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota and has more than 20 years of experience leading rural health care organizations. As our CEO, he works closely with our board of directors and medical team, as well as government entities and community organizations. “What I like about rural healthcare is the connection you have with patients, staff and operations.” Jeff is married and has four children. Growing up, Terri Brandt Correia never had a doubt in her mind that she wanted to be a nurse. “I did not come from a family of nurses, nor did I have a personal health experience that prompted me toward the profession,” Terri says. “I truly feel that I was called to the field of nursing to make an impact on the lives of those I cared for.” Terri attended Linfield University’s School of Nursing in Portland and has earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), a Certified Nurse of the Operating Room (CNOR), and a Master of Business Administration (MBS) with an emphasis in health care management. Always striving to improve the patient experience at Coquille Valley Hospital, Michelle Reyna believes the two most crucial elements of patient care are satisfaction and safety. “I enjoy people, supporting them and helping them in any way I can,” Michelle says. “I will drop whatever I am doing to help someone with a problem or a question because that makes people feel important and valued.” Motivated and collaborative, Michelle believes teamwork is the key to success and enjoys working with others to solve issues, streamline processes and positively contribute to the hospital and community. Colleen Todd worked in risk management and quality assurance at Coquille Valley Hospital for 20 years before joining the hospital’s board of directors. Grateful and giving, Colleen strives to give back to the hospital and the greater Coquille community in any way she can.
