Coquille Valley Hospital has acquired the former Umpqua Bank building in Myrtle Point and intends to remodel it into a clinic and wellness center.
Design nearly is complete, a financing plan is in place and work should begin this fall on a significant addition to Coquille Valley Hospital. Jeff Lang, the hospital’s chief executive officer, said the $20 million building project is part of a master plan that was completed in 2019.
